Business Compliance Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Business Compliance Associate within the CashNetUSA Business Unit, you will play a vital role in supporting one of Enova's core businesses. Your responsibilities will be monitoring and supervision across our diverse product portfolio, planning and executing customer remediations, and addressing unique regulatory and business requirements in various states.

In Short

• Scope, plan, and execute end to end customer remediations due to system issues.
• Proactively identify production or compliance exceptions.
• Gain expertise in product offerings and state compliance matrix.
• Create and manage processes ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Analyze customer complaint data to identify trends.
• Assist with ad hoc data requests related to audits.

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience in compliance matters.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Familiarity with SQL and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools is a plus.
