ICOM Compliance Associate - Remote

Overview

At Third Bridge, our Compliance framework is an integral part of our business; as such we are looking to hire an Associate to join our Third Bridge Connections Compliance team in Mumbai. The main purpose of this role is to support the compliance requirements for our Connections business across our international offices.

In Short

• Evaluating and approving in-house research requests for compliance.
• Answering internal queries on compliance decisions.
• Escalating non-compliant or complex questions.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures.
• Undertaking ad hoc project work as directed by management.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks and apply strategies.
• Ability to prioritise competing goals and manage time effectively.

Requirements

• Degree level qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous legal or compliance experience is preferred.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
