Overview

The Compliance Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring that Third Bridge’s content complies with legislative, regulatory, and internal policies, working within a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Review and approve proposed subject matters of interviews and experts.
• Review and approve interview transcripts for compliance.
• Collaborate with analysts to finalize compliant content.
• Address compliance queries from business units and clients.
• Deliver compliance training to employees.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as directed by management.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand complex financial compliance issues.
• Strong relationship-building skills across the organization.
• Relevant work experience in compliance or secondary research.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in compliance.
• Previous compliance experience in financial services is a plus.
