Overview

The Compliance Associate will be a key part of the Compliance team at Third Bridge, focusing on ensuring that content complies with legislative and regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Review and approve proposed interview subjects and transcripts.
• Identify confidential information and inappropriate content.
• Collaborate with analysts to finalize content for publication.
• Answer compliance queries from business units and clients.
• Deliver compliance training to employees.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail for proofreading.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex financial compliance concepts.
• Ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
• Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of compliance experience.
• Previous compliance experience in financial services is a plus.
