In Short

• The Pricing team is responsible for determining the best price for all hotel rooms, flights, and rental cars sold on the platform.
• Enhance the performance of pricing strategies by incorporating ML models.
• Build and scale the platform for low-latency, high-throughput ML model inference.
• Design, deploy, and maintain model-serving infrastructure, APIs, and orchestration workflows.
• Deploy and operate machine learning models optimized for production environments.
• Build and maintain clean gRPC interfaces for model predictions.
• Implement caching, circuit breakers, and graceful fallbacks for reliability.
• Optimize performance tackling cold-start issues and memory management.
• Instrument metrics for observability and configure autoscaling.
• Automate CI/CD processes for model-serving pipelines.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ML Serving frameworks like TensorFlow Serving or TorchServe.
• Proficiency in Python, gRPC, and REST for building APIs.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Familiarity with Argo CD and Terraform for managing deployments.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with CI/CD automation for model versioning.
• Ability to wire real-time features and manage model versions.
