Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence or similar roles.
• Experience in a SaaS organization is highly valued.
• Strong critical thinking and quantitative skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with contact center reporting is desirable.
• Advanced SQL skills (CTE, subqueries, window functions).
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting is a plus.
• Adaptable and eager to build solutions from the ground up.
