In Short

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Create and manage complex SQL queries for enterprise data warehouses (DWH).
• Develop advanced Power BI reports/dashboards and semantic models.
• Interpret complex datasets to identify trends and operational opportunities.
• Apply predictive analytics for business forecasting and optimization.
• Translate technical data into actionable insights and visualizations.
• Deliver presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with mining operations teams (drilling, blasting, hauling, processing).
• Integrate and analyze SAP data (Finance, HR, Supply Chain).

Requirements

• 6+ years as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
• Strong technical expertise in ETL, SQL, and DWH management.
• Advanced Power BI skills (reports, dashboards, semantic models).
• Experience in predictive analytics and data storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
