Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on analyzing operational business data and transforming it into meaningful insights and actionable strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, extract and analyze data from various platforms, and create actionable reports that drive strategic and operational decisions.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, skilled at data manipulation, and passionate about transforming clinical, operational, and financial information into clear, business-driven intelligence.

In Short

• Collect, extract, and manipulate data from various clinical, EMR, financial, and operational databases using queries and data modeling techniques.
• Leverage Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR), Excel, PowerBI, and other tools to query and manipulate data
• Understand and identify opportunities between clinical, financial, and operational data
• Publish reliable, trustworthy data to various internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain insightful reports, dashboards, and KPIs that support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document reporting requirements.
• Develop predictive models and forecasting tools to anticipate future trends and support strategic planning.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports and databases.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve data-related processes, enhance data quality, and optimize reporting efficiency.
• Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Requirements
