• Support the company in optimizing financial transactions and systems.
• Communicate discrepancies and identify slow-paying customers.
• Strengthen relationships with clients regarding past-due accounts.
• Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process.
• Gather and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accounts receivable records and resolve differences.
• Perform daily cash management duties.
• Monitor and collect accounts receivable.
• Prepare analytical reports relevant to accounts receivable.
• Support month-end close processes and lead improvement projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or finance role.
• Strong math skills and understanding of finance principles.
• Proficient with NetSuite and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs).
• Articulate and collaborative communicator.
