Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Specialist at iNet will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring the accuracy of financial documentation.

• Process invoices as per customer requirements.
• Record customer payments through various methods.
• Verify and enter revenue transactions.
• Investigate account discrepancies.

• Conduct collection efforts for delinquent accounts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an AR role.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial reporting software, preferably Sage Intacct.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work after hours if needed.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
