Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for connecting with prospective students interested in the AI Career Accelerator or Career Booster programs, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

In Short

  • Handle inbound calls, DMs, or scheduled consults with warm leads.
  • Help prospects overcome objections related to price, time, value, and fit.
  • Follow up with engaged leads via email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn.
  • Update CRM (HubSpot/SBL) with call notes and outcomes.
  • Maintain an empathetic tone consistent with the EU brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead quality insights.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements

  • Confident communicator with consultative sales experience in education or tech training.
  • Skilled at building rapport and guiding conversations.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to international audiences.
  • Comfortable handling warm inbound leads.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong follow-up habits.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools preferred.
