Overview

Engenious is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant Specialist to support recruiting coordination and core HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences.

In Short

• Assist with recruitment coordination and track hiring progress.
• Maintain accurate status updates for open roles.
• Support scheduling of interviews and candidate coordination.
• Create and configure BambooHR profiles for new hires.
• Send HR documentation for electronic signatures.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions and introductions.
• Schedule trial-period check-in meetings with contractors.
• Support offboarding processes by ensuring system access is revoked.
• Coordinate with IT and Finance for smooth offboarding.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially BambooHR.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Comfortable working with remote teams.
• Fluent in English.
