Engenious is a US-based consulting agency with a global presence, seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of digital products and enhance user experience.

In Short

Lead end-to-end design process from research to final hand-off.
Translate complex product requirements into user-centered designs.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams for design feasibility.
Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility.
Maintain and evolve the design system.
Mentor junior and mid-level designers.
Present design work to stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe design tools.
Deep understanding of design thinking and usability principles.
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Strong communication skills.
Proven ability to lead projects in cross-functional teams.
Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS).
Experience in designing for accessibility is a plus.
