The Care Engagement Specialist is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing high-quality professional services, and supporting various client projects.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and spreadsheets.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and multi-task.
• Typing skills of 35-40 wpm preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid managed care is preferred.
