In Short

• Analyze large datasets across various platforms.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for growth metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing.
• Build and maintain scalable data models.
• Provide actionable insights for marketing optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously.
• Utilize Python, SQL, and Tableau for data analysis.
• 5+ years of GTM or revenue analytics experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MS preferred.

Requirements

• 2+ years Python experience.
• 2+ years SQL experience.
• 1+ years experience with data visualization tools.
• 5+ years experience working cross-functionally.
• Strong understanding of VC-backed growth stages.
• Proven ability to deliver business impact through data.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics.
• Bonus: Experience with statistical modeling or AI.
• Completion of a recognized data bootcamp is acceptable.
