The Relationship Manager (RM) acts as the strategic point of contact on assigned large Government plans, ensuring exceptional client service and plan sponsor satisfaction while promoting financial freedom.

In Short

  • Conduct client meetings with internal teams to provide strategic insights.
  • Identify and report key indicators to improve client relationships.
  • Deliver presentations on plan statistics and industry trends.

  • Grow book of business through client retention and new enrollments.
  • Problem-solve using innovative solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of industry or RM experience.
  • 2 years' experience with retirement plan administration.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • FINRA 6 & 63 registrations required.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-centric orientation.
  • Ability to diplomatically influence others.
  • Understanding of revenue and expense variables in client relationships.
