Overview

The Relationship Manager Core is responsible for managing relationships with clients in the corporate market segment, focusing on retention, growth, and retirement readiness.

Requirements

  • FINRA 6 & 63 registrations required.
  • Life Insurance license required.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline.
  • 4+ years of financial services experience.
  • 2+ years building strategic relationships.
  • Understanding of ERISA compliance and plan design.
  • Effective communicator with problem-solving skills.
  • Basic negotiation and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time.
  • Normal office working conditions from a residential office.
