Overview

The Stock Administrator and Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring that clients have the tools and knowledge needed to successfully administer equity compensation plans.

In Short

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding stock plan operations.
  • Respond to client support requests and provide best practice administration guidance.
  • Document client support requests requiring follow-up.
  • Escalate support requests as needed to the COO.
  • Create and update System User Guides and Documentation.
  • Support testing of new product features or issue fixes.
  • Train new product support team members.
  • Participate in prospective client product demonstrations.
  • Oversee adherence to data classification and information handling procedures.
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements based on client experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in equity compensation or client service roles.
  • Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with stock plan platforms preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • CEP designation preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
