Requirements

  • Associate degree in public or business administration or related field.
  • One year of experience in administrative or business management support.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in an office or government environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Knowledge of budgeting and procurement processes.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and report writing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.
