Program Integrity Resource Developer - Remote

Overview

The State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a motivated individual to join their Office of Economic Assistance team as a Program Integrity Resource Developer, providing leadership and ensuring compliance with child care regulations.

In Short

• Conduct unannounced inspections in child care provider’s homes and centers.
• Perform on-site audits and evaluate provider services.
• Document and report findings of investigations.
• Provide recommendations for contract revisions or terminations.
• Calculate billing units on child care provider attendance calendars.
• Create reports for administration.
• Provide subsidy billing training to child care providers.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Travel required across multiple counties.
• Dress in business casual attire.

Requirements

• Post high school coursework in relevant fields or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in resource development or contract monitoring.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to conduct inspections.
• Valid driver's license or ability to provide transportation.
• Knowledge of social work principles and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple files and records.
• Skills in interviewing and data analysis.
• Ability to protect confidential information.
