Overview

As a Manager of Program Integrity at Centene, you will play a pivotal role in managing compliance with Federal and State Laws related to program integrity and safeguarding against fraud, waste, and abuse.

In Short

• Manage compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic fraud, waste, and abuse activities.
• Coordinate with the Special Investigations Unit and state agencies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in fraud, waste, and abuse.
• Coordinate audit documentation and develop required reports.
• Conduct and attend fraud-related work groups and committees.
• Liaise with the State on program integrity issues.
• Require residency in Indiana.
• 4+ years of relevant experience required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in medical claim investigation or compliance.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
• Experience in managed care and supervisory roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data mining preferred.
