Integration Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for several experienced Integration Program Managers. These roles are responsible for managing integrations across several functional areas throughout a large enterprise organization. This requires strategic planning, coordination, facilitation and overseeing the successful delivery of multiple programs’ deliverables including overall results and strategizing with necessary stakeholders.

In Short

• Act as Program Manager for integration activities across several functions.
• Develop project plans and status reports.
• Manage program life cycle and daily operations.
• Document deliverables using PMI, PMP methodology.
• Establish risk management and escalation paths.
• Build and manage budget for the merger integration program.
• Schedule and lead program meetings.
• Identify and report program KPIs.
• Coordinate and monitor workflow of cross-functional teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery and achievement of business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program management.
• Strong understanding of integration processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
• Familiarity with PMI, PMP methodologies.
• Experience with risk management strategies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Preference for candidates in the Northeast region.
