In Short

  • Drive performance coaching for the NZ-based SDR team.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions and live call shadowing.
  • Track and optimise funnel performance metrics.

  • Standardise SDR workflows against industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with SDR Managers to align coaching with performance needs.
  • Focus on improving revenue through effective coaching.
  • Champion a culture of high performance and measurable impact.
  • Utilise tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
  • Foster knowledge retention and continuous development.

Requirements

  • Proven success coaching or leading SDR teams in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Strong understanding of Outbound pipeline generation.
  • Experience with improving activity and conversion metrics.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Data-driven decision maker with a focus on sales performance.
  • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ability to diagnose performance gaps using data.
  • Comfortable operating at tactical and strategic levels.
