Overview

As a Channel Sales Manager at Emesent, you will be responsible for growing topline revenue from the sale of Emesent products through the development and management of long-term strategic relationships across our channel network.

In Short

  • Support Channel Partners with the creation and execution of shared GTM Strategies.
  • Develop and execute a regional business plan for Channel Partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Drive results and achieve measurable outcomes in revenue growth.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Enable and increase the competence of partners through training and support.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the Channel Partner network.
  • Communicate openly with stakeholders on progress and challenges.
  • Represent Emesent at shows and exhibitions to gather market insights.
  • Meet/exceed annual sales targets and performance KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experience in AEC, surveying, geospatial, or mining industries.
  • 5+ years in channel sales/business development in a technical industry.
  • Experience implementing a Reseller/Channel Sales model in the Middle East.
  • Proven success in consultative solution selling.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information.
  • Ability to tailor technical solutions to customer needs.
  • Ability to sell top-down in customer organisations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation and training materials.
