Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts across North America for our Isolation Valve portfolio. In this role, you'll take ownership of a primary geographic territory, driving revenue growth, providing product expertise, and developing strategic partnerships with customers and channels.

In Short

  • Achieve the assigned budget for the multi-product portfolio across NAM.
  • Conduct sales and customer thought leadership learning & product training.
  • Support inside sales and application engineers with product expertise.
  • Develop annual product plans for products assigned within the region.
  • Drive AML & technical specification work.
  • Lead product troubleshooting when required.
  • Actively engage in project and MRO opportunities.
  • Requires 60% to 70% travel with end users and channel.
  • Collaboration and interpersonal skills are critical.
  • Participate in monthly cadence with manager to track progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • 5 years in a Business Development Role.
  • Ability to develop account plans with minimal guidance.
  • Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills.
  • Demonstrate customer focus by exceeding expectations.
  • Requires significant travel.
  • Collaboration and interpersonal skills are critical.
  • Focus on driving success through direct customer engagement.
