Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to contribute to building a reliable and automated platform that streamlines delivery across development teams. This is a hands-on position with real impact on architecture, automation, and platform evolution.

• Design, build, and evolve a reliable, scalable, and automated self-service platform.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Create reusable CI/CD pipelines and internal automation tools.
• Integrate security and reliability solutions to ensure system stability.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Experience with bare-metal and cloud providers.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Terraform and Ansible.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Programming skills in Go, Python, or Crystal Lang.

Requirements

• Experience with bare-metal (Hetzner, OVH, etc.) and cloud providers (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vultr).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Terraform and Ansible.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Helm.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Loki.
• Familiarity with Vault, Keycloak, Nessus, Cloudflare, and networking.
• Experience with databases and messaging systems.
• Programming skills in Go, Python, or Crystal Lang.
• English - Upper Intermediate or higher.
