Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Understanding of fintech and/or crypto products.
• Knowledge of Kazakhstan's regulatory environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with various stakeholders.
• Self-starter mindset with market-building drive.
• Familiarity with Kazakhstani market realities.
• Fluent in Russian; English at B2 level.
