The Insurance Customer Success Coordinator at Embroker is responsible for managing client service strategies and ensuring optimal outcomes for clients through technical support and platform navigation.

  • Evaluate and recommend new products or services for clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication or related field.
  • Property & Casualty license with 3+ years of experience.
  • Technical knowledge of property & casualty coverages.
  • Experience with G-Suite and SalesForce is a plus.
  • Ability to manage resources in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong client service skills and satisfaction focus.
  • Ability to work cross-culturally on a global team.
  • Ability to perform well in a remote work environment.
