Senior Proposals Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Proposals Manager plays a critical leadership role in the proposal development process, ensuring strategic alignment, quality, and efficiency. This role supports the Proposals team and assists the Proposals leader in setting department standards, defining processes, and mentoring team members while independently managing high-priority proposals.

• Oversee complex RFPs/RFIs and manage proposal development.

• Ensure compliance with internal proposal standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field.
• Six or more years of experience in a similar role.
• Minimum three years of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or CRO experience.
• Experience with developing site budgets or grants.
• Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to handle complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications required.
• Knowledge of clinical research and proposal best practices.
