Overview

The Travel Reimbursement Specialist primary responsibility will review and process reimbursements for patients/caregiver enrolled in the Patient Travel Program. The role ensures reimbursements are completed in a timely manner utilizing the appropriate platforms.

In Short

  • Review and approve reimbursements submitted within a 72-hour window.
  • Onboard new patients/caregivers into internal platforms.
  • Conduct travel program reviews as needed.
  • Issue RealTime cards to patients/caregivers.
  • Monitor pending reimbursement requests.
  • Process US/OUS reimbursements.
  • Collaborate with Travel Program Specialists for communication.
  • Ensure compliance with Travel Program Guidance documents.
  • Maintain a minimum of 80% utilization.
  • Attend internal study meetings and accept delegated tasks.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-service based role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical trials preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience with ERP applications preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle competing demands.
