Proposals Manager - Remote

Overview

The Proposal Manager implements the proposal and contract processes, assigns tasks to be done and makes sure the proposal is relevant and accurate. The Proposal ensures that all the company’s proposals are fully executed from start to finish. This involves coordinating the proposal process, preparing the actual proposals and presenting them to clients.

In Short

• Disperse information and oversee the production of all the parts of the proposal.
• Visit clients to discuss their needs and any issues.
• Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
• Edit and revise proposals according to feedback.
• Review products, services, and/or business ideas.
• Create strategies for convincing others to take appropriate action.
• Perform other duties as needed.
