The Proposal Manager will help scale Impruvon Health's government and healthcare business development efforts by leading proposal execution and collaborating across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in government procurement or proposal management.
• Strong writing skills for compliant proposals.
• Experience managing full proposal lifecycle.
• Familiarity with state procurement portals.
• Experience with AI tools in research and writing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and professional tone.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for events.
