Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in government or health plan procurement.
• Strong writing skills for developing compliant proposals.
• Ability to manage full proposal lifecycle and deadlines.
• Familiarity with state procurement portals.
• Experience using AI tools in research or writing.
• Exposure to public-sector healthcare preferred.
• Experience supporting proposals in health tech environments preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive workflow improvement.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for meetings.
