Overview

The General Counsel serves as the senior-most legal advisor to HealthX Partners Affiliated Group, overseeing all legal functions and providing strategic legal counsel across the network of affiliated entities while ensuring legal compliance and ethical business practices.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree: Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate law and related fields.
• License to practice law in good standing within the US.
• In-depth knowledge of laws affecting 501(c)(3) organizations.
• Proven experience in providing legal counsel to complex organizations.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to identify new directions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in dynamic environments.
• Fluency in English; French preferred.
