Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will help to steer the evolution of HXP as a new structure for value, impact, and growth in the global health sector, responsible for all aspects of financial operations.

In Short

• Develop and execute financial strategy for HXP and subsidiaries.
• Support the establishment of a shared services model.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master’s preferred.
• 15 years of relevant experience; 7 years in supervisory roles.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Thought leader in financial disciplines.
• Ability to manage complex issues in a global organization.
• In-depth knowledge of donor regulations.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
