The Senior Director HSE at Lilly is responsible for developing and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs at a new manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with global standards and leading a team focused on safety culture and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Experience with PSM and API manufacturing preferred.

• Ability to build effective relationships across all levels.
• Experience with environmental compliance programs.
• Skilled in engaging with regulatory agencies.
• Proven success in fostering a strong safety culture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
