Overview

The Clinical Development Scientist at Lilly is responsible for managing clinical supplies and implementing training for global clinical programs, contributing to the development and execution of life-changing medicines.

In Short

  • Manage clinical supply and training for clinical trials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support clinical programs.
  • Develop and update trial documents.
  • Conduct training sessions for clinical trial sites.
  • Support clinical operations and ensure timely execution of trials.
  • Author and review clinical/regulatory documents.
  • Work with Clinical Supply Management on demand forecasting.
  • Travel may be required up to 15%.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion and support within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required.
  • Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical or clinical experience.
  • Master’s or higher degree preferred.
  • Experience with global clinical trials.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to evaluate scientific data critically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
  • Authorized to work in the USA on a full-time basis.
