Overview

The Development Clinical Research Scientist (CRS) in the Breast Cancer Franchise will focus on late phase assets, ensuring compliance with regulations and leading clinical trial activities to develop innovative therapies.

In Short

  • Design and execute clinical trials for breast cancer therapies.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH, and GCP regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs and statistics.
  • Supervise medical monitoring activities and data review.
  • Contribute to regulatory submissions and external engagements.
  • Lead the development of clinical trial documents.
  • Analyze clinical data to support decision-making.
  • Engage in domestic and international travel as needed.
  • Provide scientific consultation and support for external scientific engagement.
  • Model leadership behaviors and mentor junior scientists.

Requirements

  • An advanced health/medical/scientific graduate degree (e.g., DVM, PharmD, PhD).
  • 3-5+ years of clinical research or clinical trial experience.
  • Knowledge of breast cancer disease state.
  • Experience with trial lifecycle phases: design, implementation, regulatory submission.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
