In Short

• Oversee direct communication and management of activities for potential participants and study partners.
• Ensure deliverables for participant and partner screening and consenting are met.
• Monitor and manage scheduling, logistics, and communication for assessments.
• Make decisions that optimize the study experience for all stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve site and study issues in collaboration with teams.
• Provide guidance and support as a topic area expert.
• Collaborate to develop solutions to complex study problems.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and study sites.
• Manage tasks daily to ensure timely completion of study activities.
• Ensure compliance and quality across all study timepoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field.
• 2+ years clinical research experience or relevant experience.
• Understanding of the clinical development paradigm.
• Applied knowledge of project management processes.
• Effective communication skills.
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a bonus.
