In Short

• Lead onboarding and training of clinical partners for Nidra therapy.
• Deliver ongoing education programs on therapy advancements and best practices.
• Oversee training and certification processes for partners.
• Provide technical support and guidance for Therapy Support team.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Nidra therapy.
• Document partner interactions in Salesforce.
• Provide direct virtual support to patients.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Assist in developing educational materials.
• Maintain relationships with patients and clinical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biology, or a health-related field preferred.
• Exceptional positive attitude and willingness to help.
• Proven excellence in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sleep or neuromodulation industries is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
