In Short

• Represent Noctrix in direct virtual patient interactions, including application training and product demonstrations.
• Provide proactive and reactive therapy support via phone and video calls, text, email, and chat.
• Capture therapy support needs and provide feedback to product management and development teams.
• Collaborate with clinicians to recommend content for training courses.
• Maintain relationships with patients and clinical partners.
• Input and manage customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Work remotely with flexibility.
• Full-time position with potential travel.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Exceptional positive attitude and willingness to help individuals.
• Proven customer service excellence and communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose complex customer issues and provide technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in sleep or neuromodulation industries is a plus.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Benefits

• Base Pay: $55,000 to $75,000 per year + bonus + stock options.
