Therapy Development Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Therapy Development Specialist (TDS) will drive downstream execution for U.S. marketing and Venus Thromboembolism Education (VTE) initiatives within a target region.

In Short

• Drive VTE education programs and connect marketing initiatives to physician customers.
• Manage a large multi-state geography for effective program execution.
• Act as a regional VTE care path expert and support clinical program development.
• Identify and develop care path KOLs and educational program opportunities.
• Organize and execute local/regional care path tradeshows and conferences.
• Work closely with field sales leaders and clinical teams.
• Stay current with clinical data related to thrombectomy.
• Assist with local PR initiatives for product launches.
• Utilize analytic methods to evaluate regional activities.
• Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program development.
• BSN/RN with experience in relevant clinical areas preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in program development and B2B marketing.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Willingness to conduct business outside typical work hours.
