Overview

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

• Join ElevenLabs as a GTM Strategy and Operations team member.

• Manage end-to-end processes across the Revenue Operations function.
• Serve as a trusted partner to leadership with strategic insights.
• Lead the design and management of performance reporting dashboards.
• Identify and implement process improvements leveraging data insights.
• Work in a global team prioritizing talent over location.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Revenue Operations or Strategy & Operations experience.
• Proven track record of developing end-to-end solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly adaptable with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Strong coachability and willingness to learn.
