In Short

• Own and execute a holistic, verticalized GTM strategy.
• Drive identification of new distribution channels & markets.
• Translate company-wide objectives into impactful revenue operations initiatives.
• Lead Revenue Operations, Enablement, Partner Marketing, and Implementation teams.
• Manage day-to-day operational needs of Core Sales & Post-sales teams.
• Continuously assess and improve processes to increase sales growth velocity.
• Leverage business intelligence tools for insights and decision-making.
• Attract and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure visibility into priorities for key GTM leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in revenue and/or business operations leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading GTM & revenue operations in a hyper-growth company.
• Experience supporting B2B sales organizations of 75+ HC.
• Track record of selling up and down market.
• Experience evolving GTM processes for new product expansion.
• Proven ability to collaborate with supporting functions.
• Adept with business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
