Strategy & Operations Coach (VP+) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for senior leaders in strategy & operations roles who value learning, growth, and community and who are passionate about developing and coaching people in their field.

In Short

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or chat.
• Share coaching tools and insights within the Mento coaching community.
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community.
• Must have 20+ years of experience in strategy & operations.
• Willing to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for 18+ months.
• Must complete ICF-certified coach training program.
• This is a contract position with hourly pay and potential bonuses.
• Fully remote position, candidates must be based in North America or Europe.

Requirements

• 20+ years experience managing strategy & ops teams.
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required.
• Passionate about helping people advance in their careers.
• High emotional IQ and self-awareness.
• Comfortable in a constantly-changing startup environment.
• Minimum of 3-5 hours per week commitment.
• Ability to work with Mento for a minimum of 18 months.
• Willingness to participate in rigorous ICF-certified training.
• Must be based in North America or Europe.
• Growth mindset towards coaching skills development.
