Senior Legal Executive/General Counsel Coach - EMEA - Remote

Overview

This role seeks experienced legal professionals to provide coaching in a remote capacity, focusing on personal and professional development for members of the Mento community.

In Short

• Lead 1:1 coaching sessions for Mento members.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance coaching skills.
• Communicate with members through the Mento platform.
• Contribute to the Mento coaching community.
• Act as an ambassador of kindness and respect.
• 20+ years of legal experience required.
• Coaching experience is a plus.
• Must commit to at least 12 hours per month for 24 months.
• This is a fully remote position.
• Contract position with hourly pay and potential bonuses.

Requirements

• 20+ years in legal roles, preferably in technology.
• Experience in coaching or a desire to develop coaching skills.
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Comfortable in a startup environment.
• Willingness to engage in ICF-certified training.
