In Short

• Manage the lifecycle of the coaching community while driving operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for coach inquiries.
• Own the operational processes for coach onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee recruiting operations and adapt AI technologies.
• Organize and monitor coach performance metrics.
• Act as a thought partner in driving the coaching business forward.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve coach experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence roadmap priorities.
• Maintain and develop coach community resources.
• Design and implement scalable processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in operations management or talent recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate collaboration.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience building relationships in a business environment.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Growth mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Excitement for working with LLMs and AI.
