  • Define standards for tool adoption and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system integration.
  • Drive accountability and measurable impact from systems initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives that improve revenue performance and streamline workflows.
  • Support a remote work environment with flexible benefits.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or related fields.
  • Experience with GTM tech ecosystems and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and performance-oriented skills.
  • Ability to manage enterprise-level programs and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in driving workflow optimization and productivity improvements.
