Overview

The Performance Manager at Holafly will work directly with the Director of Performance to ensure the timely execution of campaigns across Paid Media, SEO, Affiliates, and CRM, while tracking performance results and supporting sales forecasting.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital operations.
• Strong understanding of Paid Media, SEO, Affiliates, and CRM/email marketing.
• Organized and proactive with a focus on execution.
• Comfortable working with internal teams and external agencies.
• Ability to execute strategies with speed and consistency.
