Overview

As the Manager of Health Systems Performance Management at McKesson, you will be responsible for conducting performance audits, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving customer performance improvements in the healthcare sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, with 5 years in pricing strategy.
• Knowledge of health systems and drug pricing dynamics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with PowerBI, DAX, and SQL preferred.
